The installation of prefabricated seismic support plays an important role in the pipeline system to bear pipeline load, limit pipeline displacement and control pipeline vibration. At the same time, the configuration of supports and hangers has a direct impact on the gravity distribution and size of the pipeline system, and its performance and bearing capacity have a direct impact on the service life and safe operation of the pipeline.

During the design and installation of the pipe supports and hangers, there may be some problems with the superconducting automatic explosion-proof door. In addition, after a period of operation, the shape and position of the pipeline, as well as the performance of the supports, hangers, springs and other components may change to a certain extent. The supports and hangers are damaged, overloaded, under loaded, and the displacement is blocked, resulting in increased stress on the ball screw in local areas of the pipeline, and increased thrust on the end point (or equipment). These problems will inevitably affect the safety and economy of equipment operation.

The fabricated supports have not systematically inspected, analyzed and adjusted the stress state and operation of the main pipe supports and hangers. In order to solve the problems existing in the design, installation and operation of the pipe supports and hangers, and eliminate the hidden dangers of safe operation of the unit caused by the unreasonable stress of the supports and hangers, there are many hidden dangers that affect the life and safe operation of the pipeline. We inspected and analyzed the pipe supports and hangers in front of the main steam clay stabilizer, acidification corrosion inhibitor, reheat steam, HP bypass valve and LP bypass valve of the unit, so as to improve the operation of the pipes and supports and hangers and achieve the purpose of safe and economic operation of the equipment.

According to the installation load provided by the user, the anti-seismic support manufacturer uses the upper and lower positioning blocks to fix the indicator plate of the fabricated support at the position corresponding to the installation load, so that the fabricated support is temporarily in a rigid state. After the fabricated support pipe is cleaned and hydrostatically tested, remove the upper and lower positioning blocks before putting the pipe into use. When the pipeline starts to run, first check whether the positioning block of the fabricated support is removed, and then check the emulsified asphalt equipment with the indicator board from the installation load to the working load.

After the pipeline is put into normal operation, check whether the displacement of the fabricated support under working load is consistent with the design. After the pipeline stops running, check whether the indicator plate of the fabricated support is reset to the position of the installation load. When the pipeline or equipment has displacement, they can always obtain a constant support force through the constant force spring support as long as they are within the pre selected load displacement, no matter how large the displacement change is.

Thus, the fabricated support will not bring new additional pressure to the pipeline or equipment, which can avoid causing major equipment and safety accidents. During the use, the standard operation of the fabricated support shall be strictly followed to prevent safety accidents.
